MPO could not be loaded properly, try reloading or clearing local storage. If this warning still shows up despite activating cookies, please try and clear cache and cookies. Contact blueYOSHI if that didn't work either.
Cookies seem to be blocked, the site still works but nothing can be saved. MPO only saves stats & settings. It does NOT save any information related to you.

Features
Text is blurry in Chrome without this. There's nothing I can do about it as it's an issue in Chrome. Popout is always fullscreen regardless of this.
This allows the site to be installed which allows it to be run completely offline, uses about 5MB. This can't be used when ran from a local file or through localhost.

Savefiles get saved automatically when loading one. Backups store everything, including all savefiles and settings. Note that MPO might start to lag a bit when there are a lot of savefiles. Make sure cookies are enabled, otherwise savefiles won't be able to save.

What is Mario Party Overlay?
Mario Party Overlay (or simply "MPO") is a bonus star tracker for the entire Mario Party series that helps keeping track who holds the bonus star currently.
Tracking has to be done completely manually, it cannot connect to the game and track it automatically. This won't be changed either.
How do I track bonus stars?
You can simply click on the counters (the numbers) to increase them. At the top you can change by how much it should increase and whether it should decrease instead.
Alternatively you can also hold Shift and/or Ctrl while clicking on them to increase by a different amount and/or decrease them instead.
To award the Coin Star to someone you can simply click on the character icon. Do note that the "Coin Star" counter has to be activated, you can activate it here.
Will Mario Party: Superstars be supported?
It won't, kinda. I'm in the process of re-writing the entire site from scratch and I won't add Superstars in until then. The bad news is that my perfectionism delays it until probably the next game, so don't expect either the rewrite nor Superstars support anytime soon, sorry!
Is this still getting updated frequently?
Yes and no. It's currently being rewritten from the ground-up to include more features to make stat-tracking easier and also to make it as future-proof as possible (which you can imagine is tough in a series as vast and filled with gimmicks as Mario Party).
The plan was to get the initial rewritten version out at the Mario Party: Superstars launch but clearly that didn't happen. I don't wanna rush the rewrite so it might take a couple months until I get the initial version out, maybe by the end of this year (2021).
If you want to see the current progress you can check it out here (simply click on "Code" and "Download ZIP", then open the index.html site). Don't expect too much though, it ain't even close to being done visually!
